He spent hours researching the project, connected with the U.S. company in California, never gave up, and fixed it! Our experience with John was entirely positive. We have a Wolf stove, which is difficult to find people willing to work on. The first time we called him, he arranged to come within two days, and he solved the problem but admitted that he couldn’t guarantee it. He promised to follow-up if we had more problems. A few weeks later, the problem reemerged, we called, and he came out again. This time, he identified a part to be replaced, but it had to be ordered. He didn’t charge for this visit. He ordered the part, returned, and fixed the stove within 20 minutes. He was responsive, communicative, and dependable. Most of all, we have a working oven at a very reasonable cost. We have no hesitation in recommending John.

I called Papa Joe's and spoke with John about our refrigerator. It is a bottom drawer freezer that had been leaking water on our kitchen floor. I told John I followed a YouTube video that was supposed to be a fix, but it was only temporary. After offering me the opportunity to come work with him :), he explained that I was only halfway done with the fix. He took time to explain what I needed to do to complete the repair, which I did and our refrigerator is back running like a champ. John was very friendly and only asked that I call him back to let him know if it worked or not. It saved us a $200 repair bill, and I will be calling John back for any future needs. Great local service!

I had a wonderful experience with Papa Joe this week. My washing machine started throwing codes at me late last Friday. Then I called Joe. He came the next day and my washing machine is now working like a champ. Other companies couldn’t come out for 10 days.

Great service starting with the customer service rep who answered the phone – she is a professional. The gentlemen who arrived at my home were on time and also very professional. They fixed my washing machine in a very timely fashion and helped with other appliance issues even though I had only scheduled them to fix my washer. Worth every penny they charged.
