Papa Joe's Appliance Repair Terms of Use
Before you schedule an appointment with us
Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.
Papa Joe's is unable to service your appliance under the following conditions:
Your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty or an extended warranty.
The only exception is if the manufacturer or warranty company has authorized the customer to call a local service company and will reimburse for the repair. Papa Joe's will not invoice a warranty company, and the customer must notify Papa Joe's when scheduling the appointment.
Another service technician has attempted a repair or is in the process of providing a repair service.
An unqualified person has disassembled and attempted a repair to the unit, replaced parts, then requested Papa Joe's to fix the appliance or has broken parts during an attempt to repair the unit.
An unqualified person is anyone who is not currently an appliance repair technician by trade. This includes handypersons, plumbers, electricians, engineers, and family members.
NOTE: The homeowner is responsible for reattaching inaccessible or improperly attached dryer venting.
Modification of Terms
At our discretion, Papa Joe's Appliance Repair may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property, and third-party rights.
Termination
Papa Joe's Appliance Repair reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
